Airport transfers are easier when the pickup details are precise. A few minutes spent organising your journey can help reduce confusion at the terminal.
Share the correct flight details
Provide your flight number, date and terminal information where available. If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, communicate the change with your transport provider.
Plan for baggage
Suitcases, strollers and group luggage affect how much space you need. Tell the team about bulky bags before deciding between a car, MPV or larger passenger vehicle.
Agree on a meeting point
Confirm the pickup location and how to contact the driver. Follow the airport's current pickup instructions, which may change from time to time.
Leave a sensible time buffer
Allow extra time during peak traffic and busy travel dates. Always verify flight, airport and traffic updates close to departure.
Know your fare terms
Clarify parking, waiting charges, tolls and other potential extras in advance.
